Joan Gili Ferrer, with VAT number 43049799D is the owner of the rental rights of Holiday Home Es Claper.

Booking and Payment

The client can book their stay directly through the website. Holiday Home Es Claper  presents the client with an offer in the form of a booking proposal, which includes details such as occupancy, number of guests, and the rental conditions. By making an advance payment, the client accepts these Terms and Conditions as well as the rental agreement between the client and Holiday Home Es Claper. Unless otherwise stated, the advance payment amounts the total rental price.

Late or missing payments will be considered as a cancellation and may result in the property being offered to another guest, as well as the application of cancellation fees, as described below.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings become effective once confirmed by the client through the online reservation. Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.

In case of cancellation by the client, the following charges apply:

• Cancellations anticipated with more than 14 days before arrival: free of charge (full refund)

• Cancellations within 14 days before arrival, no-show, or non-payment: 100% of the total rental price

The relevant date for calculating cancellation fees is the date on which the cancellation request is received via email.

Guest Obligations

The client agrees to occupy the property only with the number of guests specified in the booking. In case of disturbances or issues, the client is obliged, within legal limits, to resolve them and minimize any potential damage.

The client must report any complaints immediately to the property manager or owner during their stay.

The property must be left in good condition, meaning clean and free of rubbish. Guests are expected to treat the property and its contents with care. Any damage must be reported immediately by phone or email to info@esclaper.com The client is responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is available from 5:00 PM on the day of arrival, or at the time agreed in the booking. Check-out must take place no later than 12:00 PM on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.

If you wish to extend your stay on the departure day, please contact Holiday Home Es Claper in advance. Check-in and check-out are available every day of the week.

Additional Clauses

The competent court for any disputes arising from this rental agreement is the one corresponding to the location of Holiday Home Es Claper. If any clause of this agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect.
