Before making a reservation, please make sure you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions. The final price includes VAT as well as all standard utilities (water, electricity, and internet access).
Optional cleaning services during your stay can be arranged at an additional cost. Final cleaning is included in the price.
Availability

Payment
To confirm your booking, 40% payment of the reservation is required. You can pay by credit or debit card. Once your dates are confirmed and before arrival, you will be asked to provide all guest details to complete the online check-in process.
Cancellations
If your plans change, you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. We kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible so we can offer the dates to other guests. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
