This beautiful holiday villa, “Es Claper”, has been fully renovated and offers a comfortable and well-equipped space for a relaxing stay in Mallorca. Ideally located near the coast, the house is just a few minutes’ walk from the sandy beach of Son Moll (approx. 200 meters), as well as close to the center of Cala Ratjada, where you will find restaurants, bars, shops, and local amenities.
The villa accommodates up to 5 guests and features a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, making it ideal for families or small groups.
